New Space Sector Energetic Materials Working Group (EMWG) has been created
We are happy to inform you about the creation of a Space Sector Energetic Materials Working Group (EMWG). It aims to set-up a broader regulatory monitoring and response frame for space propellants and explosives and take the required actions to determine and mitigate possible regulatory obsolescence risks for them, mainly but not limited to EU REACH). We at REACHLaw are glad to support this Working Group as Project Manager and REACH Consultant. The EMWG is an initiative of the Materials and Processes Technology Board of the European Space Components Coordination (ESCC MPTB), a partnership between the European Space Agency (ESA), national space agencies, and space industry represented by ASD-Eurospace.
