We help co-registrants and lead registrants as their service provider or as their Only Representative (OR) to prepare and successfully submit their registration dossiers to ECHA but also we help them to become compliant with CLP. 

In addition, we help companies to comply with mandatory REACH dossier updates and to prepare for REACH Inspections

Chemicals that are covered by an entry on Annex XIV of the REACH Regulation may only be used if the use is covered by an authorisation or the use is outside the scope of the authorisation (e.g. intermediate use). Annex XIV is known as the Authorisation List and currently there are 59 entries on the List. Five (5) new entries were added in April 2022.

If you are a user of a chemical covered by an entry on the Authorisation List, your use will need to be covered by an authorisation unless otherwise exempted. Authorisation means permission to continue using a chemical on the Authorisation List for a time limited period for a specific use by specific users. The procedure for getting this permission is known as “application for authorisation”.
