End of Waste (EoW) guidance for case by-case decision making process and self assessment has been released
The Finnish Ministry of Environment has released a document guidance to help the Finnish industry but also the relevant authorities in the End of Waste (EoW) case-by-case decision criteria. Our colleague Kati Vaajasaari has done a great contribution to this guidance that aims helping companies and organizations to make self-assessments for case by case decisions about whether their waste based material they are dealing with have ceased to be waste, and how to prepare their EoW application(s) to be submitted to the relevant authority.
