Türkiye KKDIK Provisional Registration Deadline – 30 September Reminder

This is a reminder for companies placing chemical substances on the Turkish market:  Substances manufactured or imported at 1 tonne/year or above are expected to be at least provisionally registered by 30 September 2026, if these substances are subject to KKDIK registration regardless of their annual tonnage band or hazards.

Please note that the full registration deadlines remain unchanged: 31 December 2026, 2028 and 2030. This means that provisional registration doesn’t replace your obligation to full register your substances by the applicable designated deadline(s) for your substances.

The message from the authority is clear: proactive compliance planning is key. Companies should make sure their KKDIK registration strategy is in place and ready for the upcoming deadline!
