K-REACH: final PEC list was finally announced this morning by the MOE
K-REACH Registration period for the PEC substances starts officially today! The industry exporting/manufacturing and/or placing chemical substances in the South-Korean market will need to check if their substances are included in the final PEC list released today by the Ministry of Environment-MOE. The industry will have only a three years’ time frame to meet the registration deadline.
