What this means
Suppliers must comply with additional duties, including communication and notification obligations for substances in articles, mixtures, and as such.
Why it matters:Candidate List updates are early regulatory signals. They can quickly evolve into restrictions, authorisation pressure, or customer-driven phase-outs – often before companies fully understand their exposure.
With our Comply+Right Substance Risk Map, we translate these updates into business impact:
- Where you may be exposed
- How urgent the risk is
- What actions to take now
If these substances are relevant to your portfolio or supply chain, now is the time to assess.
