TKSD and REACHLaw Türkiye – KKDIK training for KDU-Certified professionals

We are delighted to announce a collaborative effort between The Turkish Chemical Manufacturers Association (TKSD) and REACHLaw Türkiye to provide a comprehensive two-day in-person training focusing on following key aspects of the Turkish Regulation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals so called in short “KKDIK Regulation”:

  1.  The Turkish Chemical Registration System – KKS
  2.  Preparation of a KKDIK Registration Dossier, both as a Co-Registrant and a Lead Registrant

 During this hands-on training session our colleague Bahar Oflay will address the challenges encountered by KDU-certified professionals in preparing and compiling registration dossiers, as well as navigating the submission process via KKS. 

 Upon successful completion of this training, KDUs will acquire a range of skills and competencies, enhancing their proficiency in various areas, including:

  1. To recognize the KKDIK Regulation, its annexes and related guidelines and to understand how they can be used when necessary.
  2. To have knowledge of the KKDIK Regulation as well as the duties and obligations of companies as per this regulation.
  3. To recognize and be able to use the KKS that is part of the Integrated Environmental Information System of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) of the Republic of Türkiye.
  4. To be able to create a Lead Joint Registration Dossier through the KKS and to register the substance as per the KKDIK Regulation.
