The draft is open for a very short consultation via industry associations, such as TKSD (www.tksd.org.tr) and chemicals management department of MoEUCC ( kyd@csb.gov.tr). REACHLaw is participating in the consultation.
The proposed extended KKDIK registration deadlines do not affect already submitted registrations, but the process for additional registrants joining the Joint Submission will be open for longer, potentially until the end of 2030.
