Placing hazardous mixtures in Spain? You have only 2 weeks to notify your hazardous products
From June 1st , 2017 all hazardous mixtures commercialized in the Spanish market need to be notified to the Spanish National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences ( INTCF) via the SRE (Enterprise-INTCF Communication/Submission Site).
Companies that do not comply with notification requirements may be subject to sanctions that vary between 6.001€ – 85.000€ or 85.001€ – 1’200.000€ or up to 6.000€. In some cases sanctions may lead to temporary, partial or total closure of your business.
