Do not miss your chance to late pre-register your low volume chemicals

Companies manufacturing or importing phase-in substances into the EU/EEA (on their own, in mixtures or present in articles) between 1-100 t/year, that are not carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction (CMR), can late pre-register their chemical substances at the latest, by the 31st of May 2017.

What does late pre-registration mean for your business?

Late pre-registration enables your company to continue supplying chemical substances between 1-100 t/year on the EU/EEA market until the last REACH registration deadline of 31st of May 2018.

Many companies did their pre-registrations back in 2008, but if you have just started supplying low volume chemical substances or are intending to start supplying low volume chemical substances in the EU/EEA, then this is an important step that will secure your supply in EU/EEA up until the last REACH registration deadline.
