Amendment: UK REACH Transitional Registration Deadlines Extended
The REACH etc. (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2026 have now been published, confirming that the UK REACH transitional registration deadlines will move to 27 October 2029, 2030 and 2031.
The Regulations will enter into force on 6 August 2026, providing legal effect to the revised submission timetable and giving industry greater certainty for future UK REACH registrations.
Businesses manufacturing or importing substances into Great Britain should take the opportunity to review their compliance strategies and prepare for the revised deadlines.
