REACHLaw India, in collaboration with the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association (IMTMA), will be hosting an exclusive online awareness session for IMTMA members on BIS certification for Machinery and Electrical Equipment Safety under the Omnibus Technical Regulation (OTR) Order, 2024, in line with BIS regulations and guidelines.
This online session will provide a thorough understanding of the India BIS certification process, including who needs to comply and how, scope and costs. Our experts will offer step-by-step guidance, from defining the certification scope to submitting the BIS dossier and maintaining the BIS license after it has been granted.
