UK REACH Co-Registration: What are the requirements and how to get started
15th of June 2021
Take part in our event!
UK REACH came into force in the UK on 1 January 2021 and requires GB based manufacturers, formulators and importers to register their chemical substances at 1 t/a or more to the UK HSE by the applicable registration deadlines dependent of the tonnage band and hazards of the substance. Non-GB manufacturing or formulating companies can appoint an Only Representative in the UK to carry out the required UK REACH registration work on their behalf so that the importers of the substance(s) to the GB can be seen as downstream users and not have to register themselves.
This online session will focus on UK REACH Co-registrants and will give useful information on the essentials of the UK REACH regulation process and how companies can Co-register their substances successfully and according to UK REACH.
