Placing chemical substances on the Turkish market?
One of the requirements of the Turkey KKIDIK regulation relates to the obligation of pre-registering substances subject to KKDIK to the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urbanisation (MoEU) that are manufactured in or imported into Turkey at volumes of at least 1 tonne per year by the 31st of December 2020. With only three months left to meet the pre-registration deadline, companies placing chemical substances on the Turkish market will need to take actions to ensure their continued supply to the Turkish market from 1st January 2021. Non-Turkish manufacturing companies will have the possibility to pre-register substances that they place on the Turkish market via an Only Representative located in Turkey.
Take part in our event and get useful advice on how to take care of KKDIK pre-registration efficiently and successfully.
