Lost in translation? Navigating UK REACH with confidence and clarity
21st of March 2023
Take part in our webinar on UK REACH
Attention to all companies affected by UK REACH registration requirements. After a consultation period regarding the proposed measure to extend the UK REACH registration deadlines for transitional registrations – which took place over the summer of 2022 until the 1st of September – it was published as an outcome of this consultation the intention to extend the UK REACH registration deadlines until 2026, 2028 and 2030, depending on substances tonnage band and hazards. However, we would like to emphasize that this outcome is not yet law. It still needs to go through the UK parliamentary process and be agreed upon by the Scottish and Welsh governments before the deadlines in UK REACH legally change to the proposed dates. Therefore, current deadlines still apply.
Due to the above many businesses are feeling lost about the next steps they need to take to ensure UK REACH compliance. If you are one of them, don’t let this uncertainty slow you down.
Take part in our upcoming webinar on the 21st of March, where our UK team will provide you with useful information and actionable insights to help you tackle the UK REACH registration process proactively. You’ll learn everything you need to know about the relevant tonnage band deadlines, how to submit an inquiry and the benefits of joining the substance group.
By attending our webinar you will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to stay ahead of the curve and successfully meet the UK REACH registration requirements. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to prepare yourself and your business to a successful UK REACH compliance journey.
