KKDIK After 30 September: What’s Up Next with KKDIK Registrations?

2:30 - 4:00 PM EEST Get registered
Join our webinar for KKDIK next steps!

The KKDIK provisional registration deadline of 30 September 2026 has now passed, marking the beginning of the next critical phase for substances subject to KKDIK registration.

For substances in the first registration band (≥1000 t/a; CMR Cat. 1A/B ≥1 t/a; Aquatic Acute 1/Chronic 1 ≥100 t/a), the full registration deadline is 31 December 2026 which is less than three months away. Businesses must now ensure that their provisionally registered substances are on track to meet this deadline and know their options where data cannot be obtained in time.

With a special focus on substances facing the December 2026 deadline, this webinar will help companies understand the key requirements and how to stay on track for successful full registration.

The webinar covers:

  1. KKDIK registration basics (recap) and the outcome of the provisional registration phase
  2. What the end of the provisional registration period means in practice, including enforcement
  3. Requesting extra time (up to 2 years) where data cannot be obtained: What we know so far
  4. Obligations when placing substances on the Turkish market for the first time
  5. Practical steps to complete your full registration by 31 December 2026

Followed by a Q&A session.

Speakers:
