Gagan Kumar
Managing Director, RL India (New Delhi)

Gagan Kumar is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in chemical and product regulatory compliance. As Managing Director of REACHLaw India, he leads business development, operations, and regulatory delivery, supporting companies in achieving compliance with EU REACH and related regulatory requirements.

During his tenure at REACHLaw, he has supported and interacted with hundreds of companies on EU REACH compliance through advisory projects, client engagements, industry meetings, and conferences. He has also served as a Technical Consultant to Chemexcil, advising industry on trade and chemical/GHS regulations across the EU, UK, Türkiye, South Korea, and India.

Gagan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi, along with qualifications in Supply Chain Management and Corporate Governance.

Pritija Salve
Principal Consultant – Chemical Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability, RL India (Mumbai)

Pritija Salve has over 10 years of experience in chemical regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on EU REACH, SDS, GHS, and CLP requirements. She supports manufacturers and exporters with REACH registrations, Only Representative (OR) services, substance identification, and dossier preparation and maintenance, aligned with ECHA guidance and regulatory processes. She also works closely with industry associations, contributing to regulatory awareness and compliance initiatives.

She has extensive experience collaborating with clients across multiple industry sectors and hands-on exposure to ECHA tools such as REACH-IT and IUCLID. Her work includes supporting supply-chain communication, including SDS management and regulatory coordination, to help companies meet ongoing compliance obligations.

Pritija holds a Master’s degree in Biophysics and an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode (IIMK). She is fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
