Overview

Indian chemical manufacturers and exporters are increasingly striving to expand their footprint in global markets by leveraging Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). However, navigating the intricate world of international chemical and product regulatory frameworks – such as EU REACH, UK REACH, and India’s BIS certification – can be both challenging and time-consuming.

This one-day intensive workshop is specifically designed to provide practical, actionable guidance on achieving the certifications required to access the European Union, United Kingdom, and Indian markets.

Our expert-led sessions will walk you through the step-by-step process, timelines, case examples, documentation requirements, and cost considerations for each certification and later workshop learning will be applied using a group exercise. Participants will leave equipped with creating roadmap, authority pages, preparing budget, and a clearer understanding of how to advance their company’s compliance journey.

Note: This is a small-batch workshop, limited to 18 participants only. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The limited batch size has been intentionally set by the speaker to create a more interactive and engaging environment, ensuring that each participant gains maximum value, can actively participate in discussions, and is able to apply the learning effectively at their own organization

Important note for participants

Please bring your laptop to the event — you will use it during live group exercises to explore REACH and BIS authority portals for fees and registered companies, how to search regulatory information and how to prepare budget of each certificate.

Gagan has deep expertise across EU REACH, UK REACH, Turkey KKDIK, Korea REACH, India BIS, and global GHS regulations. He has also served as a Technical Consultant for Chemexcil, advising exporters on complex international compliance matters.

An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, Gagan also holds a certificate in Advanced Supply Chain Management and a Diploma in Corporate Governance from Ireland.
