Rachna Nayyar

Rachna Nayyar is a Regulatory Manager at REACHLaw UK with nearly 15 years of experience in the chemical industry, specialising in regulatory compliance under EU and UK chemical legislation. She holds a degree in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science, completed in 2010, providing a strong technical foundation in chemical substances and product stewardship.

She began her career as a Regulatory Affairs Adviser, gaining hands-on experience with EU REACH and REACH-like regulations, Safety Data Sheet authoring, and internal audit support. This early role established her strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and their practical application within industry.

Rachna later transitioned into regulatory consulting, where she advised a broad portfolio of clients on EU and UK REACH compliance. Her experience includes managing Only Representative and consortia clients, leading horizon-scanning activities, and overseeing complex ECHA testing and registration programmes.

Currently, Rachna manages the UK subsidiary of REACHLaw, with a strong focus on UK REACH. She leads compliance strategies for UK-based and international clients navigating post-Brexit regulatory requirements, including registrations, notifications, and supply chain obligations, and supports the alignment of EU and UK REACH compliance activities.
