The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine (MEEA) has issued a draft resolution proposing revised timelines for key obligations under UA REACH and UA CLP, ensuring continuity of the national chemicals management system. These changes follow the recent government reorganization, under which the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources will be disolved and its responsibilities transferred to the MEEA.
