A must-attend webinar for KKDIK Lead and Co-registrants – a 6 month window for full or provisional registration!
The clock is ticking for companies affected by the Türkiye KKDIK regulation!
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC) recently announced that by 30 September 2026, all KKDIK registrants must obtain at least a provisional registration number for every substance within the scope of KKDIK, regardless of tonnage band or hazard classification, unless the company has already fully registered the substance by then.
With only a 6-month window, all KKDIK registrants must act quickly to ensure compliance and avoid regulatory risks.
Key KKDIK 2026 Deadlines:
- 31 March 2026: Lead Registrants must submit provisional registration dossiers
- 30 September 2026: All co-registrants must obtain at least a full or provisional registration number for substances placed on the Turkish market. If no Lead Registrant exists, companies must submit individual provisional registration by this deadline.
- 31 December 2026: Full registration dossiers must be submitted for substances with a 2026 registration deadline, unless already submitted to the MoEUCC.
