Eurasia REACH Updates: Russian authorities have published an updated chemical substances inventory
As part of the TR041 (Eurasia REACH) implementation process, on the 30th of December 2020, Russian authorities have published an updated chemical substances inventory reflecting all submitted notifications during the period from 11th of November 2020 until 1st of August 2020. More than 80.000 unique substances were notified. Moreover, the inventory now includes all additional notifications, where the authority has requested more data or corrections to the existing applications. The inventory can be found here: https://gisp.gov.ru/cheminv/pub/app/search/
We are expecting the Eurasian Commission to publish a combined inventory of chemical substances for the EAEU during the first quarter of 2021.
All substances listed in the chemicals inventory will be considered as Existing Chemicals in the EAEU and will require either record-keeping or permitted registration. Substances that can not be found in the inventory will require to go through New Substance Notification Process first and afterwards through registration.
