Are you ready for Turkey REACH? 

Notification required of existing manufacturers and importers of chemicals by 31 March 2011

The Turkish Regulation on Inventory and Control of Chemicals (10 November 2009, no 27402) sets up a chemicals notification system for chemicals manufactured in or imported to Turkey. To comply with the regulation substance specific environmental, health and safety information has to be submitted in Turkish language to the Turkish Ministry of Environment HEDSET database in the required notification format.

REACHLaw provides a Turkey REACH compliance service for submission of the required information from a non-resident manufacturer of the substance. The end result of our service is submission of notification documents in Turkish language to the Turkish authority. REACHLaw submits, maintains and updates the documents using the notification IT tool in the name of the client’s legal entity in Turkey or alternatively in the name of REACHLaw legal entity in Turkey as a regulatory representative of the client.
