Mr. Lasse Musakka has a long experience of executive positions in major Finnish companies providing financial services. He has been a member of the executive team of Helsinki Stock Exchanges Group for seven years and also member of the Board of Stock Exchange and Central Securities Depository. He has also worked for over 20 years at management level in various multinational companies especially in the IT sector.

Mrs. Ying Zhu holds a Ph.D in biochemistry and an M.Sc. in Economics. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd., she was the co‐founder and CFO of a biotechnology company in Finland. She is responsible for the operations of REACHLaw Ltd.

Mr. Riku Rinta‐Jouppi is a graduate of Cambridge University. He is broadly recognised as one of the leading European legal experts in chemicals regulation. In addition to his legal qualifications he holds a Masters Degree in Bioinformation Technology. Mr Rinta‐Jouppi is responsible for REACHLaw global compliance services.

Mr. Frederik Johanson, MSc (Chemical Engineering) has worked with Corporate Environmental issues such as Environmental Risk Management, Environmental, Health & Safety Regulatory Compliance, Environmental Management Systems, etc. for more than 10 years with industrial and commercial clients across Europe, Russia, Asia, the USA and Latin‐America. He is responsible for REACHLaw environmental services.

Mr. Jouni Honkavaara holds an MSc in computer science and an international MBA. He has more than 20 years of professional and managerial experience in Finance, IT and Education industries. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd, he worked as the CEO of Otaniemi Development Ltd. He is responsible for the finance and administrative functions.

Mr. Mathias Berner holds a Ph.D in chemistry. Before joining REACHLaw Ltd., he worked as the Business Development Manager of KemFine Ltd. KemFine Ltd. is a global fine chemicals company with sales of approx. 120 M€.
